SP is a Public Benefit Company offering a usage-based model that requires zero upfront capital. We assume ownership responsibilities of essential infrastructure without interfering with use.


We can bridge a funding gap, providing a required match to state or federal funds, or pay 100% for the design, engineering, materials, installation, monitoring, maintenance, and long-term upgrades.

FULLY MANAGED PLANS

Vertex becomes your fully managed and fully outsourced facilities maintenance partner. Our teams handle everything from landscaping to rooftops to floors to kitchens to HVAC to weekly janitorial services - all under a fixed fee plan. Under this plan all service order work for any special project is never more than 15% over cost - saving you thousands per quarter.

HYBRID MAINTENANCE PLANS

You already have contracts for specific areas/functions of your facilities but need additional help? Vertex becomes a hybrid partner working with your existing vendors and managing everything from our online Client Portal system, giving you 100% transparency and visibility into all aspects of routine maintenance, repairs and projects.

BREAK-FIX PLANS
