LEVEL 1 SERVICE PLAN
Ideal for clients seeking a very basic maintenance and support plan.
Includes the following:
- One monthly site inspection visit with recommendations based on the assessment.
- On-call services for urgent issues and emergencies.
- Access to online Client Portal for submitting requests, monitoring open tickets and invoicing.
- Completion of work orders as requested/scheduled.*
LEVEL 2 SERVICE PLAN
Designed for clients needing a more comprehensive maintenance program for multiple locations across a multi-parish/county area.
Includes everything in Level 1 plus the following:
- One monthly site visit to each location, comprising a 4-hour workday (technician's labor, drive time included).
- Repairs and replacements based on the Evaluation Report and client's internal requests.
- Supply of parts and materials as needed for anything under $500 of total work.
LEVEL 3 SERVICE PLAN
The best option for clients with large facilities and/or multi-state locations with extensive maintenance and support needs.
Includes everything in Level 1 & 2 plus the following:
- One monthly site visit to each location, comprising a 8-hour workday (technician's labor, drive time included).
- On-call services for urgent issues and emergencies.
- Access to online Client Portal for submitting requests, monitoring open tickets and invoicing.
- Completion of work orders as requested/scheduled.*
